Ovantex Ltd (UIC 208966110 in the Commercial Register of Bulgaria, VAT BG208966110), registered at 3 Vitosha Blvd, floor 6, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria, is the controller of personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive the details you enter and technical details of the request, such as the page you came from, your browser and a shortened IP address.
We count visits from our own web server logs, without cookies or third-party analytics.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry - steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To count visits and to protect the site and the form from spam and abuse - our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Where data is stored and for how long
Enquiries and technical logs are kept for 90 days on our servers in the European Union, hosted by Hetzner. Notifications about new enquiries reach our team through our email provider, also in the EU. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to us through the form on our Contact page. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
